Profile

I am a Development and Design Management Executive with more than 30 years of international experience delivering complex developments, major infrastructure and mission-critical facilities across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Australia.

I am the Chief Executive Officer and Sole Owner of Crescita FZCO (which I founded in 2021), a professional services consultancy licensed to provide Development Management, Project Management and Cost Management services. Through Crescita, I provide senior design and development management leadership on large, complex programmes — currently engaged as Design Manager on a 200MW(IT) hyperscale AI data centre within a gigawatt-scale campus development, on behalf of a well-known Tier 1 main contractor specialising in Data Centre EPC delivery, and previously engaged as Project Director for a major exhibition centre expansion programme (~140,000 m² of new exhibition and concourse space) on behalf of a large, local multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

A thread runs through my three flagship projects — Address Beach Resort & Residences, the Dubai Exhibition Centre Expansion, and the hyperscale AI data centre programme (currently at design completion, entering early pre-construction planning): I have been fortunate to stay engaged with each across its full life cycle, from concept and design development, through procurement and construction, into handover and operations — capturing constructability and future-proofing into delivery decisions from day one rather than resolving them as costly rework later.

Part of Dubai World Trade Centre's wider AED 10 billion, three-phase expansion (full build-out due 2031); the completed Phase 1 halls now host world-class trade exhibitions including Gulf Food and Arab Health, with 100+ exhibitions, conferences and business events scheduled across the venue in Q4 2026 alone.
